Our customer wanted to reduce the cost of final product, by means of outsourcing some parts (washers and hex nuts, exactly) of final article on more competitive markets.<\/p>\n

The producer had to reach the required quality standards and have enough production capability to attend customer\u2019s demands.<\/p>\n

After a hard source selection process, Gesti\u00f3n de Compras started to supply the required items through one of our represented Asian companies, once accepted drawings and samples by the customer. Through our prices, the customer achieved an important cost saving on final product.<\/span>The production process was successfully audited by \u201cBureau Veritas\u201d, with the assistance of our staff in plant. Currently, this certification is duly renewed every two years.<\/span><\/p>\n

We are now supplying these parts in a regular way, with annual volumes of around 1,5 million euros.<\/span><\/p>\n
