Das Rohrbiegen ist ein Umformverfahren das eine plastische Verformung an einem Rohr oder Schlauch erzeugt. Normalerweise wird beim Rohrbiegen rundes Material verwendet. Es k\u00f6nnen jedoch auch quadratische, rechteckige, massive oder extrudierte Rohre und Leitungen gebogen werden, um die Auftragsspezifikationen zu erf\u00fcllen.<\/p>\n

Wie beim Formen von Abkantpressen erfahren Rohre nach dem Biegen eine R\u00fcckfederung, wodurch eine Biegung erzeugt wird, die radial w\u00e4chst. Ein weiterer Effekt des Biegens des Werkst\u00fccks ist die \u00c4nderung der Wandst\u00e4rke, die Wand entlang des Innenradius des Rohrs wird dicker und die Au\u00dfenwand wird d\u00fcnner.<\/p>\n

Grunds\u00e4tzlich gibt es vier M\u00f6glichkeiten zum Biegen von Rohren:<\/p>\n

1- Ram-Biegen

Es ist eine der \u00e4ltesten und einfachsten Rohrbiegemethoden. Es wird ein hydraulisch angetriebener St\u00f6\u00dfel verwendet, der ein Rohr gegen Rollen oder Drehbl\u00f6cke dr\u00fcckt.<\/p>\n

2- Walzbiegung

In der Regel sind drei Walzen in einer Pyramide angeordnet, die sich bewegen, um eine bestimmte, meist sehr gro\u00dfe Radialbiegung zu erzeugen. Dieses Verfahren wird h\u00e4ufig zur Herstellung von Spiralen verwendet.<\/p>\n
