Heisskanalsysteme sind Versorgungssysteme f\u00fcr Spritzgusswerkzeug welche bef\u00f6rdern geschmolzenen Kunststoff von der Maschinend\u00fcse in die Werkzeugkavit\u00e4t.<\/p>\n

Heisskanalsysteme bestehen aus unterschiedlichen Teilen und Mechanismen:<\/p>\n

  • D\u00fcsen<\/strong>: Mittels der D\u00fcsen wird der geschmolzene Kunststoff in eine oder mehrere Werkzeugkavit\u00e4ten gespritzt.<\/li>\n
  • Verteiler<\/strong>: Ist ein Verteilungssystem geschmolzenen Kunststoffs mit Hilfe von Kan\u00e4len\/Leitungen. Dessen Grundstruktur kann folgende Formen annehmen: I, H, X, Y oder auch weitere Sonderformen.<\/li>\n
  • Materialflussmesser<\/strong>: Ist ein Ventilsystem zur Kontrolle des Materialflusses.<\/li>\n
  • Temperaturkontrolle<\/strong><\/li>\n

    Isolierte Systeme<\/h3>\n

    Dabei str\u00f6mt der geschmolzene Kunststoff durch die Kan\u00e4le, k\u00fchlt runter und bildet eine Isolierschicht mit festem Kunststoff entlang der Kanalw\u00e4nde.<\/p>\n[\/spb_boxed_content] [spb_boxed_content type=“coloured“ box_link_target=“_self“ padding_vertical=“0″ padding_horizontal=“0″ width=“1\/2″ el_position=“last“]\n

    Erhitzte Systeme<\/h3>\n

    Hier gibt es zwei unterschiedliche Methoden, erhitzt von au\u00dfen oder von innen. Bei der Innenmethode wir das Material mittels eines Wiederstandes im Innern des Kanales erhitzt.
    \nBei der zweiten Methode wird die Verteilerleitung mittels der Fl\u00fcssigkeit der internen Kan\u00e4le erhitzt.
