Das Hauptverfahren zur Herstellung von Kunststoff Rohrformteilen ist der Spritzguss. Das notwendige Equipment zur Herstellung von Rohrformteilen ist eine Spritzgussmaschine und ein Spritzgusswerkzeug.<\/p>\n

  • Das Spritzgusswerkzeug<\/strong> ist ein aus diversen Einzelteilen bestehender Metallblock, gew\u00f6hnlich aus Stahl oder Edelstahl. Vertiefungen innerhalb des Stahlblocks stellen die Werkzeugkavit\u00e4t\/das Formnest dar, hergestellt durch diverse Metall Verarbeitungsprozesse. Beim Spritzguss wird die Kavit\u00e4t mittels einem Anguss und einer D\u00fcse gef\u00fcllt. Je nach Bauteil und weitere Faktoren kann das Spritzgusswerkzeug mit nur einer oder mehreren Kavit\u00e4ten ausgestattet sein mit mehreren Angusspunkten.<\/li>\n
  • Die Spritzgussmaschine<\/strong> besteht aus zwei Teilen. Der eine ist f\u00fcr das \u00d6ffnen und Schlie\u00dfen des Werkzeuges verantwortlich. Der andere zur Einf\u00fchrung des fl\u00fcssigen Kunststoffes in die Werkzeugkavit\u00e4t.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

    Wenn das Spritzgusswerzkzeug geschlossen ist, dann wird der vorher geschmolzene Kunststoff mit hohem Druck in die Kavit\u00e4t gepresst. Die K\u00fchlung des Werkzeuges erfolgt mittels Wasserzirkulation.
