Die PET-Preform, auch lediglich „Preform“ genannt wird per Spritzgussverfahren gewonnen. Die geschmolzene PET wird in eine Form gespritzt, daraus entsteht die Preform aus welcher im folgenden Schritt Flaschen wie beispielsweise Getr\u00e4nkeflaschen, \u00d6lflaschen und \u2013Beh\u00e4lter, Waschmittel etc… gefertigt wird. Einstufige Methode<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Die Verfahren \u201cInjektion des PET\u201d und das \u201cAufblasen\u201c zur finalen Bauteileform werden mit ein und derselben Maschine ausgef\u00fchrt. Dabei wird die gerade erst gespritzte Preform in dessen gegenwertig warmen Zustand direkt zum Aufblasen \u00fcbergeben. Dieses Verfahren wird grunds\u00e4tzlich bei kleineren bis mittleren Serien angewandt.<\/p>\n

Zweistufige Methode<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Bei diesem Verfahren kommen zwei separate Maschinen zum Einsatz. Eine Spritzgussmaschine zur Herstellung der Preform und eine Maschine zur Wiedererw\u00e4rmung und zum Aufblasen der Preform in die gew\u00fcnscht Endkontur. Dies ist das meist genutzt Verfahren und wird bei Mittel-bis Gro\u00dfserien angewandt.<\/p>\n
