Sandguss ist eine Metallbearbeitungsmethode mit welcher fast jedes Metall bearbeitet werden kann. Dessen Hauptmerkmal ist der Gebrauch von Einweg-Sandgussformen zur Herstellung von komplexen Metallteilen. Bei diesem Verfahren werden oftmals nur geringen Mengen hergestellt, dadurch dass Sie Sandgussformen am Ende des Produktionsprozesses zerst\u00f6rt werden m\u00fcssen um \u00fcber das eigentliche Bauteil zu verf\u00fcgen. Dazu kommt das die fertigen Bauteile in der Regel eine raue Oberfl\u00e4che vorweisen die oftmals nochmal final bearbeitet werden muss.<\/div>\n
\n

Die Gussform wird aus einem hitzebest\u00e4ndigen Material hergestellt, ebenso wie die des Bauteils formgebende Kavit\u00e4t. Die Gussmodell muss die gew\u00fcnschte Form aufrechterhalten bis das darin gegossene geschmolzene Metall erstarrt und das Bauteil in Anschluss entformt werden kann.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Schritt 1<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Der Herstellungsprozess beginnt mit einem Modell welches eine Nachbildung des gew\u00fcnschten finalen Bauteiles darstellt. Es ist lediglich ein bisschen gr\u00f6sser um die zu aufkommenden Schwindungsdifferenzen w\u00e4hrend der Abk\u00fchlungs- und Erstarrungsphase auszugleichen. Danach wird das Modell in einen Formkasten eingelassen. Der Formkasten in dem sich das Modell befindet wird mit Sand gef\u00fcllt und stark komprimiert, so dass er die gew\u00fcnschte Au\u00dfenform des Models beibeh\u00e4lt, auch wenn dieses vor der F\u00fcllung der Gussform entfernt wird. Der Sand wei\u00dft nach dessen Komprimierung spezielle physikalische Eigenschaften vor, weshalb er in der gew\u00fcnscht Form beharrt.<\/p>\n

Schritt <\/strong>2<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Der darauffolgende Produktionsschritt ist die Einf\u00fchrung von Kernen in die Kavit\u00e4t, sofern notwendig. Das geschmolzene Metall wird daraufhin eingegossen und die Form bis zur Erstarrung des Bauteils geschlossen. Danach wird der Sand entfernt und f\u00fcr zuk\u00fcnftige Anwendungen gelagert.<\/p>\n

Der eingesetzte Sand kann viele Male wiederbenutzt werden, unter Anreicherung von geringen Mengen. Das ist ein wichtiger \u00f6konomischer Effekt.<\/p>\n

Es gibt unterschiedlichen Weisen zur Zubereitung des zum Einsatz kommenden Sandes. Allerdings der meist verbreitete ist Gr\u00fcner Sand mit dessen typischer Komposition aus Sand (gew\u00f6hnlich Kieselerde), Betonit-Tonerde, Wasser, Bindemittel und in einigen F\u00e4llen auch Anthrazit. Er wird \u201egr\u00fcn\u201c genannt nicht wegen dessen Farbe, sondern kennzeichnet die Feuchtigkeit des Sandes und wei\u00df daraufhin das die Gussform nicht gebackt oder trocken. Die lineare Toleranz f\u00fcr kleine Abmessungen (bis zu 200 mm) an Teilen, die durch Sandguss hergestellt wurden, ist schwer unter \u00b10,5 mm zu reduzieren, aber in jedem zus\u00e4tzlichen Millimeter addieren Sie nur 0,01 mm zu den Unsicherheiten.\u00a0Es ist m\u00f6glich, diese Toleranzen durch Bearbeitungsoperationen zu reduzieren.<\/p>\n
