Gussformen sind im Inneren hohle Bauteile mit der Au\u00dfenkontur und den Details des zu gew\u00fcnschten Teiles. Normalerweise besteht eine Gussform aus zwei relevanten H\u00e4lften. Eine H\u00e4lfe formt die oberen Abschnitte des gew\u00fcnschten Bauteils, die unter H\u00e4lfte formt dabei den noch ausstehenden Teil des Bauteiles.<\/p>\n

Die zur Herstellung von Gussformen eingesetzten Materialien sind sehr unterschiedlich und sind je nach Auswahl ausschlaggebend f\u00fcr den eingesetzten Produktionsprozess, also auch die Art und Gr\u00f6\u00dfe des Bauteils, sowie die gew\u00fcnschte Ausbringungsmenge. Das einsetzte Material ist somit ein wichtiger Kostenfaktor des Gesamtprojektes.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Nachstehenden Faktoren sollten bei der Fertigung einer Gussform ber\u00fccksichtigt werden<\/h3>\n

  • Das f\u00fcr das gew\u00fcnschte Produkt geeignetste Produktionsverfahren<\/li>\n
  • Gr\u00f6\u00dfe und Komplexit\u00e4t des entworfenen Bauteils<\/li>\n

  • Oberfl\u00e4chenanforderungen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

    Ein nicht weniger wichtiger Faktor sind m\u00f6gliche Anpassungen die an der Gussform durchgef\u00fchrt werden k\u00f6nnen. Dabei sollte man beachten das m\u00f6glichen Anpassungen am Anfang des Projektes geringere Kosten als zu Ende des Projektes verursachen wird.<\/p>\n

    Materialien und Produkte

    Die f\u00fcr den Formenbau verwendeten Materialien sind sehr unterschiedlich und die Wahl h\u00e4ngt vom Verfahren zur Herstellung des Kunststoffteils und der Gr\u00f6\u00dfe der Serie ab.\u00a0Dar\u00fcber hinaus sind Materialien ein prim\u00e4rer und wichtiger Kostenfaktor des Projekts.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Diese Formen werden in der Regel aus Stahl und NE-Metallen hergestellt:<\/span><\/p>\n

    Stahl<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Stahl weist eine hohe Festigkeit, gute Bearbeitbarkeit, hohe W\u00e4rmeleitf\u00e4higkeit usw. auf. Aus diesem Grund ist er das am h\u00e4ufigsten verwendete Material bei der Herstellung von Formen.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Kupferlegierungen<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Diese Materialien bieten eine hohe W\u00e4rmeleitf\u00e4higkeit und Flexibilit\u00e4t.\u00a0Am h\u00e4ufigsten verwendet werden Kupfer-Beryllium-Kobalt-Legierung, Messing oder Bronze.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Aluminiumlegierungen<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Pr\u00e4sentieren ein geringes Gewicht und eine hohe Leitf\u00e4higkeit.\u00a0Weit verbreitet zur Herstellung von Blasformen und Vakuumformen, insbesondere von ausscheidungsh\u00e4rtenden Aluminiumlegierungen wie AlCuMg y AlMgSi.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Zinklegierungen<\/strong><\/h3>\n
