Kunststoff ist ein weitverbreitetes Material und wir gerne in folgenden Sektoren genutzt: Haushalt, Baugewerbe, Industrie, Automobilbranche, Spielzeuge, und viele andere Branchen machen sich den Vorteil dieses Werkzeugstoffes zu Nutze durch Anwendung diverser Fertigungsprozesse. In Abh\u00e4ngigkeit von der Zusammensetzung des jeweiligen Kunststoffs kann man unterscheiden zwischen: Polystyren, erweitertes Polypropylen, Polyvinylchlorid.<\/span><\/p>\n

Wird der Kunststoff einer Hitzequelle oder hohen Temperaturen ausgesetzt, so unterscheidet man je nach dessen Reaktion zwischen Thermoplasten und Duroplasten.<\/span><\/p>\n

Thermoplaste <\/strong><\/h3>\n

Thermoplaste k\u00f6nnen sind formbar\/umformbar ab einer bestimmten Durchschnittstemperatur oder auch bei Raumtemperatur. Ist der Werkstoff h\u00f6heren Temperaturen ausgenutzt, so geht er von fester in fl\u00fcssige Form \u00fcber. Wird er kalten Temperaturen ausgesetzt, so h\u00e4rtet er wieder aus. Die h\u00e4ufigsten Thermoplaste (Granulat) sind cellulosisch (Rayon), Poly\u00e4thylene (Methacrylat, PVC oder Polystyren, Nylon, Perlon, Gummi und Ableitungen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Duroplaste sind Kunststoffe welche erhitzt, miteinander verschmilzt und verfestigt wurden. Ist dieser Prozess einmal abgeschlossen, dann kann es nicht mehr neu geschmolzen werden. Sie sind W\u00e4rme-h\u00e4rtbar.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ungeachtet von dem Kunststofftyp gibt es mehrere M\u00f6glichkeiten zur Verarbeitung dieses Materials. Einige davon sind der Spritzguss, Blasformen, Extrusion und Rotationsformverfahren.<\/span><\/p>\n
