Draht ist ein einzelner flexibler Metallfaden oder ein Metallstab welcher f\u00fcr gew\u00f6hnlich dadurch seine endg\u00fcltige Form erh\u00e4lt in dem er durch eine Matrize gezogen wird. Der Draht an sich hat diverse Standarddurchmesser durch die Nutzung von Lehren. Bei der B\u00fcndelung von einzelnen Dr\u00e4hten beziehungsweise bei Drahtgeflechten spricht von einem Kabel.<\/p>\n

Die Drahtumformung kann beschrieben werden als jegliches St\u00fcck Draht welches einem bestimmten Druck ausgesetzt wurde um gew\u00fcnschte Formen und Bauteile zu erhalten, solche wie Clip, Federn, Nadel und Ringe, Haken, Drahtgestelle und viele andere Produkte. Die Form die Drahtes kann ebenso unterschiedlich sein, so wie rund, flach, sechseckig, viereckig, oval, dreieckig, ellipsenf\u00f6rmig, D-f\u00f6rmig, nun um einige der m\u00f6glichen Formen zu nennen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Draht wird durch Druck verformt. Dabei kann er gebogen, gestanzt, gepresst, gelocht, abgekantet, gek\u00fcrzt, warm- und kaltgeformt werden. Eine gro\u00dfe Anzahl von sekund\u00e4ren Operation sind verf\u00fcgbar, wie: Schlagen, k\u00fcrzen, biegen, stanzen, formen, erhitzen und pr\u00e4gen des Drahtes zu Erhaltung der gew\u00fcnschten Form.<\/span><\/p>\n

Generell beginnt der Prozess der Drahtformgebung mit aufgerolltem Drahtcoil. Der Draht erh\u00e4lt nun sein gew\u00fcnscht Form. Dabei wird der Draht durch Stempel und Multifunktionspresse gef\u00fchrt, in verschiedenen Richtungen, entweder zeitgleich oder nach und nach. Die Herstellung durch progressive Matrizen ist eine sehr effiziente Produktionsmethode, bei welcher der Draht multiple Umformungsprozesse an unterschiedlichsten Positionen w\u00e4hrend des Zyklus durchl\u00e4uft.<\/span><\/p>\n
